What we collect, and why.

The waitlist

If you join the waitlist we store your email address, the district you chose, and the role you selected. We use it for exactly one purpose: to email you when your district is covered. No newsletter, no marketing sequences, no sharing with anyone. Ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@ottoplanning.co.uk.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites. We see page counts, not people.

Bot protection

Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical signals from your browser to tell humans from bots. It does not build advertising profiles.

Retention and rights

Waitlist entries are kept until your district launches or you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. You have the usual UK GDPR rights: access, correction, deletion. One email to the address above exercises any of them.
