What we collect, and why.

The waitlist

If you join the waitlist we store your email address, the role you selected and, if you gave one, the district you asked about. We use it for one purpose: to email you when the district you named is covered. If you did not name one, we email you when OTTO opens for your role. No newsletter and no marketing. We do not share it with anyone. Ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@ottoplanning.co.uk.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites. We see page counts, not people.

Bot protection

Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical signals from your browser to tell humans from bots. It does not build advertising profiles.

Retention and rights

Waitlist entries are kept until we have sent you that email, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. You have the usual UK GDPR rights over it. One email to the address above exercises any of them.
