Every statement is supported by the quoted passages, checked against the passages the answer cites.
Finds the passage that governs
The answer rests on the passage that actually decides the point, wherever it sits in the library.
Declines unanswerable questions
When the documents do not answer, OTTO says so rather than guessing.
Is not caught out
A question written to lead it astray still gets the right answer.

A score we publish ourselves: don't take our word for it.
The working is on the page. Every answer carries verbatim quoted passages with document and paragraph references, and the source documents are public, so the score can be defended rather than taken on trust. The result is published whether or not the release passed.
